We deliver and collect cars across Kyrenia and at Ercan Airport, so you do not need to come to us — but you are welcome to.
Already have a booking?
You can look up your reservation yourself with your booking code and surname.
If you message us about an existing rental, it helps to include:
- your booking code and the surname it was made under
- your pick-up and return dates
- the car you booked, if you know it
That way we can answer in one message rather than three.
Arriving at Ercan Airport?
Give us your flight number when you book and we will track the flight. After you collect your baggage, our representative will be waiting in arrivals with a sign showing your name.
If your flight is delayed we adjust automatically, and there is no extra charge. If something changes at the last minute, message us on WhatsApp and we will move with you.
In the middle of a rental?
If the car will not start, a warning light comes on, or you have had an accident, call us on the number above straight away — the line is answered 24 hours a day.
After an accident, always get an on-site police report. Without one no insurance claim can be processed, whoever was at fault. Call the police on 155, an ambulance on 112 if anyone is hurt, and then call us.
Before you message
A lot of the questions we are asked most often are already answered in writing — insurance and excess, deposits, minimum driver age, licences, fuel and mileage, delivery areas and cancellation.
